  The house was great in it's proximity to the Fiscalini ranch and Otter Cove. We loved sitting on the bench above the cove and taking in the view!

  A very comfortable house with a great location and great views of the Fiscalini Reserve and the ocean just steps away. The reserve trail is very beautiful. Walk along the boardwald or up the hill. Close enough to town, a 2mile walk or drive.

  We've been renting houses in Cambria for the last 15 yrs with another agency which has dropped from ok, to bad I don't to deal with you people anymore..Cambria and its wonderful storms,the sea,Fiscalini Ranch trails were still great.

  We went online and found the pet friendly home on Wedgewood,near the Fiscalini Ranch Marine Terrace Trail entrance. We rented the week just after Easter and our experience was so wonderful we rented for and additional 4days.Our cats loved sitting in the living room window watching all the dogs being walked several x dailey and we loved being so close to the ranch and the beach without having to get into the car. We will return!!!!

  306 Wedgewood has the perfect location--a stone's throw from Fiscalini Ranch, tide pools and wildlife. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The house is comfortable and relaxing.

  We are both in very stressful occupations, and this home was the perfect solution/location for us! Along with the fantastic views and walking opportunities (Frescalini Park, beaches and residential neighborhood), there is the great community of shops and restaurants in Cambria. Also a perfect location for Central Coast exploration, if one has extended stay opportunities.

  The furniture and upstairs TV were in pretty rough shape, but the house was clean and in an excellent location. It has beach access and some great walking/hiking trails - both within a block.
