  We appreciated the furniture upgrade. For years I was bringing my own chair. We used the guest bedroom as the bed is more comfortable. A King pillow top bed in the Master bedroom would be nice, as it is hard to adjust to a smaller bed, but not critical. Considering the economy, keeping the rent reasonable allows us to reserve for next January.

  Yes, we had a wonderful stay at this home, but we already did fill out a form that was given to us when we checked in, asking for our input regarding the property.
  
  Here is a reprise: I explained that my husband and I have been renting this particular home for several years and that we noticed since Bricker has managed the property it's been cleaner than it had been under previous management. The administrator at Bricker's office was very helpful and pleasant and told us to return to her office if there was anything we needed. However, the home is well-appointed and we wanted for nothing. The only suggestion I did have was to add that every time we've rented the home, I have had to stock it with aluminum foil, sugar and cooking oil and this time was no exception. I don't mind it if I know ahead of time what staples are and which are not provided. Therefore, a list of what is provided to the renter would be helpful.
  
  We would, and in fact have, referred others to Don Bricker to rent a vacation home (we recommended Bricker to my brother and his wife - - and they rented a home for a few days through Bricker and were very pleased).

  My wife and I needed to rest and we found more than that. The place and the area inspired us to take walks, to cook, to watch hummingbirds from the decks, and we had fun!

  A fabulous view! We vacation in Cambria often and this is one of our favorite locations. It's a perfect size for two to four people. We love the fact that there are two fireplaces - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

  New matching towels would be nice. A hairdryer is a must! We had to call around to be able to borrow one from a friend. Every other house we rent in Cambria provides one.
