  Two couples agreed incredible value for price. Location perfect with ocean view and one block to Moonstone Beach. 3 minutes to Cambria village and less than 10 to Hearst Castle. Two levels gave each couple their "space". Highly recommend to others.

  Four of us spent our Christmas here. Very comfortable home. Plenty of room to spread out. Good view of the ocean. The house is in a great location; walking distance to the beach and Schamel Park. Only drawbacks: Outdoor furniture had not been properly stored, so some of it was unusable. Dishes and silverware had to be washed before we used it. Nothing that ruined our vacation. We would return.

  Nice house--good location and great views. Layout is open--you can cook and be part of the party. Funky red stairs to the bottom floor bedrooms/bath!

  The house had ants in the kitchen. The balcony was dirty as it was the first time we rented it. The balcony furniture was so filthy we could not sit out on the balcony. The furniture should be replaced or cleaned before it's rented again. Other than that, I like that the house can sleep eight. If you ever get another house that can sleep eight, I would probably rent it instead. I would only recommend this house to someone needing the bed space.
