  Stayed here 4 nights with another couple. Worked out very nicely, there was nice bathrooms for each couple, we had the downstair room (not as big as the master, yet very comfortable)the kitchen is nicely stocked with modern appliances and nice dishes. Very comfortable stay, we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

  Everything was perfect. Only one problem. Both bathrooms had a stopper that was not working and we had only one sink in each bathroom that was usable.

  Overall we enjoyed the rental. Felt that cleaniness needed to be improved on. Lots of bugs, dead & alive. Kitchen I felt was not cleaned properly. Dishes left in dishwasher from previous people, floor needed to be cleaned. Counter & refrig needed to be wiped down & cleaned.

  A nice quiet beach house

  The house was spacious, clean and quite adequate for our family of six. There was enough silverware and dishes for one meal, it would have been enough for a family of three but not six. We had to wash dishes after every meal. A gas grill would have made grilling worthwhile, but charcoal takes forever... The rocky beach was beautiful and the morning runs along the bluff trail were amazing.
  We ended up going to the beach at Cayucus because it was so much nicer and better for boogie boarding.
  Would have been nice to have had some beach gear- towels, chairs etc. some of the other rentals we have had provided such and it was very nice, since it is hard to bring gear when traveling by plane.

  Your office was wonderful and the house lovely- and we did have a good time. However, my husband and I had to sleep on the floor - the bed almost collapses when you lie down - that was very disappointing. And we felt the rental greatly lacked in necessities - no bowls, only 3 mugs, few cups, no kleenex, hardly any bath soap, few towels, few sheets, etc.
